Start out strong with three fun and energetic sessions that’ll introduce you to the many benefits of Custom Bodies Fitness through a professionally guided workout experience.
SESSION 1
You will begin with a complete comprehensive fitness assessment that is designed to assess your current fitness level as compared to the rest of the population. This is a very important step in knowing where your fitness level is now in order to build a clear path to achieving your goals in the future. It is important to remember that whatever we can measure, we can change. You’ll get an introduction to the effectiveness of Resistance Training. Plus, you’ll get familiar with cardio equipment and learn appropriate flexibility techniques
SESSION 2
Next, you’ll get a broad equipment orientation. Here we’ll introduce you to Resistance Training using free weights and cable equipment. This session will provide you with an understanding of how both resistance training with machines and free weights are important and effective in achieving your fitness goals.
SESSION 3
Lastly, you’ll learn how to work out using more advanced functional training equipment like stability balls, balance cushions, resistance bands and more. It’s challenging, different and fun.
These sessions will vary based upon your fitness level and experience. At the end of these three sessions, you’ll come away feeling inspired, energized and more comfortable and confident with a better understanding of what the club has to offer.
How to Prepare for Your PT Sessions
To get the most out of personal training, remember to:
Wear comfortable workout clothes and tennis shoes.
Bring a towel and water bottle.
