For Paula and I, fitness is our passion. We opened this gym so that we could help many people from all walks of life and at all stages of health and wellness do better for themselves and for their families.
We customize fitness programs to our clients’ individual needs and budgets. Be it through personal training, boot camp, weight loss programs, or our group fitness classes – including Zumba and Body Pump – we are able to find the perfect fitness solution for all of our clients. We also offer Silver Sneakers free to the seniors in our community who qualify for the program.
